What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you request account deletion, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:

• Account Information: Your name, email address, and password are deleted from our systems.
• Listening History: All episode progress, playback positions, and listening records are erased.
• Favorites & Library: All saved books and favorite markers are removed.
• Bookmarks: Any bookmarked content is permanently deleted.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify you personally (such as total listening statistics) for internal analytics. No personally identifiable information is kept after deletion.

Alternative: Clear Your Data

If you only want to remove specific data (such as listening history or favorites) but keep your account, you can do so from within the app:

• Clear Listening History: Go to Profile → Recent Activity → Clear History
• Remove Favorites: Go to Library → Favorites → Remove individual books
• Remove Downloaded Content: Go to Library → Downloads → Delete specific episodes
