- Not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or disrupt the server infrastructure, database, or API of Wilayat Waves.
- To maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials created to log in or save audio playback progress.

All intellectual property rights for the audio files, commentary, app design, graphics, and code belong to Wilayat Waves, the authors, or our respective content licenses. Use of this content is restricted to personal, non-commercial, and educational listening.
5. Dedication and Prayers
Though the app is free, we encourage users to show appreciation by reciting Salawats for the Prophet and Ahlulbayt, and Surah Al-Fatihah dedicated to the deceased (Marhoomein) of the creators and developers.
